Products
Product photos and descriptions describe the goods as accurately as practical. Colors may vary by screen. Surface results vary by fabric, hair type, and technique. Always test a hidden area first.
Orders and pricing
Prices are presented in the currency shown at checkout. We may cancel orders for fraud, inventory, pricing error, or inability to fulfill, with a refund of amounts paid for unshipped goods.
Fulfillment
We may use third-party fulfillment partners. We remain responsible to you for the order experience described in our policies.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and original media are owned by Molt & Home or licensed to us. You may not copy product listings, photos, or trademarks without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Segovia, Spain.
